Homeless Prevention Program

Delisle staff counsel homeless youth on an individual basis or bring workshops directly to youth and staff at group homes, shelters and community centres. We help group home staff recognize youth at risk of homelessness and we help Delisle’s own clients navigate the often complicated system to find the housing and support they need. We also educate youth about Tenant’s rights and how to apply for social assistance.
